Important skills:
- English (speaking and writing fluently)
- Problem solver
- Fluent in at least one programming language
- Unix terminal skills (Linux, OS X)
Nice-to-have skills:
- SQL Databases
- REST
- HTML, XML, json
- python, java, javascript, perl, bash
- git, bzr
- grep, scp, find
- google docs
- JIRA
Your tasks might range from creating a simple daemon or script to beeing part of a project team for developing or customizing a full blown product. Both cooperation skills and ability to work independently is therefore of importance.
